AUTHOR BIO
Tick to the Tock is a Contemporary New Adult Novel about Dante coming-of-age during turbulent times. A story inspired by love, but with the gritty realities of regret, missed opportunity, and understanding life’s meaning under dire circumstance. But a single mind isn’t affected on this journey, as an eclectic group comes to terms with the past, present, and what lies ahead.
Dante must confront and accept his fate, but can he let go of Danni: his lost love and kindred dreamer? With his rationally stubborn cousin, and eccentric best friend, Dante witnesses a life of dream and wonder: embarking across Europe, tackling Tibet, travelling Australia, and defeating each lifelong wish one-by-one.
Follow this coming-of-age roller coaster as four lives change forever. We’re only given one, but it’s never too late to understand faith, discover acceptance, and uncover the true meaning of love and happiness. Dante will die, but not before Danii, Ethan, Wilbur and he undertake an intense and heartfelt journey.

My Review
Hello darkness, my old friend, I've come to talk with you again
Because a vision softly creeping, Left its seeds while I was sleeping
And the vision that was planted in my brain, Still remains
Within the sound of silence
- The sounds of silence /Simon & Garfunkel
What would you do if you had three months to live? I do not know , is a simple answer, I know , but that yes I know is the world the emotions that to feel , and that's part of why I loved this book.
This way out of that magic with a happy ending that people look down the road , but still has that magic called life, that makes you see in the eyes of the protagonist, Dante, those details of life that maybe you did not take time to repair , to plan, to know what to do if you stay short time of life and see that every decision you make at this time is linked to the love of those around you , and you are preparing in some way other way (or well, in any way something like listen to Mr George Harrison) prepare you consciously or unconsciously find peace with yourself and say thanks.
When I started reading the ARC provided for my honest review, I must say that entry I felt something hit my senses, my mat under my disappeared and I said : oh this is a known way but with many options to choose full many feelings, and your synopsis is focused very well that we can expect from the book, I am filled with many surprises and a very nice travel. Although I had to stop and breathe in some parts, in others had that excitement of knowing which was the fate of Dante, Ethan, and Wil Danni on your journey and in turn within the personal journey of Dante, and a touch that added the author on this trip was put some songs at the beginning of each chapter.
It is a reading in which you're going to go smoothly, did not give me that feeling of wanting to finish quickly, but rather at a rate that could reflect my fears and think some moments, to see all the moods of each character around Dante and how they are evolving through. Dante I think at some point focuses very well in the age that arises with the decisions taken, at age 23 you do not think you're gonna get through it, unlike your clock of life tells you one thing: live, but the reality it marks another very different, and the decision of all, I think showed some great ways that you asking at some point of reading.
It was a refreshing feeling this book really was not ready and did not expect that I liked so much, If you like this type of genre and want something light but with a great surge of feelings to the surface of your skin I recommend it.

*** My Review***
-- I received this book in exchange for an honest review --
I must say or admit that this is one of those books that attracted me by its cover, I read the synopsis below and this attracted me , I was stop for YA fantasy, had dragons, fairies, monsters, and a girl of 16 years, and best came after illustrations contained according to the story.
Who said that only children's stories had to have drawings, is mistaken. This book shows that with a good story, a good approach to what you mean, and a good illustrations, the book flows easily.
I found myself enjoying this book as when I was little girl, but the best thing was that I was being a reading for the type of audience you are targeting.
Eloryn, Roen, Will and Memory will be our fellow adventurers in a world where mystery, magic and magical beings are present. With Memory will be easy for you to identify who dresses and uses terms that would be used in a magical world. His problem as its name refers is that it has no memory of her or his life in general. And so we have another girl in the story: Eloryn, with secrets in his life and that endra to learn to face them and recognize them.
Also in this story we have guys that certainly would not let go: Roen and Will, one more lost than gold but also in search of something more.
The story progresses slowly as any to start but as you go along taking shape and preparing you on every trip, with the help of well-defined characters and illustrations using the display know as the author. Although Memory is definitely the main character in this first book, I feel that both Eloryn, Roen and Will are also its main character much of each, in history. Since each has his vision of the facts. And they're showing their evolution as characters very well to finish well done leaving an entry for the sequel.
The adventure, romance and excitement, small parts Funny and magical spark that accompanies the book are linked very well. Reading is very fresh, with modern and classic styles. I confused perhaps in some small parts of the story but were well taken by the author for us to return to the road,
Personally I think we expected something great for your second part. I did not want to spoil and break down a lot, because I think it is worth you to read this beautiful book is both visual and literary. For those who have it in physical, I envy them! (ok ok a little). I recommend physical, but if you take him down in Ebook, neglect pictures look great, do not cut or anything like that, I check on my tablet and my smartphone and knew very well defined.
My stars review for this book: 4 :)
Pd: I am fan of Will and You will check the giveaways!

Tour Review of Attempting Elizabeth by Jessica Grey
Publication date: January 24th 2013
Genres: New Adult, Romance
Kelsey Edmundson is a geek and proud of it. She makes no secret of her love for TV, movies, and, most especially, books. After a bad breakup, she retreats into her favorite novel, Pride and Prejudice, wishing she had some of the wit and spirit of Elizabeth Bennett.
One night at a party Kelsey meets handsome Australian bartender Mark Barnes. From then on, she always seems to run into him when she least expects it. No matter how Kelsey tries, she always seems to say the wrong thing.
After a particularly gaffe-filled evening around Mark, Kelsey is in desperate need of inspiration from Jane Austen. She falls asleep reading Darcy’s letter to Lizzy and awakens to find herself in an unfamiliar place that looks and sounds suspiciously like her favorite book. Has she somehow been transported into Pride and Prejudice, or is it just a dream?
As Kelsey tries to discover what’s happening to her, she must also discover her own heart. Is Mark Barnes destined to be her Mr. Darcy? In the end, she must decide whether attempting to become Elizabeth is worth the risk or if being Kelsey Edmundson is enough.

***REVIEW***
I received a copy in exchange for an honest review.
Have you ever fantasized that you are the protagonist of the book or are reading?
or even your favorite book ? The first step is to admit it as a reader !
Well, since we have admitted ,Now the review. Well, when I read the synopsis of the book caught my attention the fact that the protagonist Kelsey Edmundson , was transported to a favorite book : Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen.
But life can not give to Mr. Darcy who is one of the most desired characters in literature , but rather comes across a boy named Mark Barnes . His problem is a lack of confidence or rather of communication, and when this is complicated and Kelsey feels the worst decides to read a favorite book Pride and Prejudice, and it is here where things start getting complicated .
Imagine arriving at your favorite book be one or more of the characters in it ? That happens to Kelsey and will have to go through the real life and your favorite book and ask: can be stronger the desire to be Lizzy and have a Mr. Darcy or overcome their fears and insecurities , be Kelsey Edmundson and discover if what life brings good or bad will make you grow.
The book is good, funny in parts , but lets you see the human side of each reader for the love of a book and its history , as the magic of imagination or reality can create. Kelsey is like any girl, you grow or young, you will identify with her easily and Mark good could become a good choice literary character of felling love .
If you read Pride and Prejudice will remember some or all of the passages and you wanted to read it again, because Attempting Elizabeth , and if you read first Attempting Elizabeth but have not read Pride and Prejudice as well be a good guide for you to add to your list of books to read .
I highly recommend it , if you're a fan of Jane Austen 's novel this turn you liked , if you're a reader who likes twists , or if you are also looking for something new , also a good choice .
To which thanks to this book makes me wonder if you were Kelsey , to which book they would like to travel?
or relive your story ? or what was the first sack them that desire?
My stars for this book: 4 stars
PS: If I were Kelsey ... my first book that made me want to travel within it, was ...
Interview with the Vampire ,
and it was not for Lestat , was rather by Louis and landscapes which described in it .

Grab Your Pole Series
by Jenn Cooksey
Age Group: Mature YA
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Tour organized by: AToMR Tours; http://atomrbookblogtours.com
Book Description:
Shark Bait:
Previously homeschooled Camie Ramsey is being shoved into the shark-infested waters of public high school, where even helium filled,
penguin bespeckled arm floaties likely won’t help keep her inexperienced, fifteen-year old head above water in that rip current of hormones and emotions.
Camie’s worldly wisdom might be severely lacking (i.e., the closest she’s come to being kissed was sitting too close to the TV whilst Jake Ryan leaned in to give Samantha that fateful 16th birthday kiss), but she does understand her only hope for survival is if she’s thrown some kind of “social” life preserver before she sinks like a freaking rock. However, what will her fate be when she endeavors to flag down the only lifeguard on duty, the enormously popular and ridiculously beautiful Tristan Daniels? The most sought after and virtually most unattainable guy in school who not only makes Camie’s heart flatline on a recurring basis, he’s also the one guy who seemingly doesn’t know she exists. Feeling like an inept piece of chum that could ultimately be swallowed by Jaws, can Camie get Tristan to rescue her from floundering in the treacherous deep, or is she destined to be Shark Bait?
The Other Fish in the Sea:
In Shark Bait, readers everywhere met and fell in love with the new girl, Camie Ramsey,
and swooned over her sure to be future husband, Tristan Daniels. Now, in The Other Fish in the Sea, the long awaited second installment of the Grab Your Pole series by Jenn Cooksey, Camie and Tristan are back, but so are their friends!
So, find a breathing apparatus and shimmy into your scuba gear, because it's finally time to dive deeper into the lives of the GYP gang, but be warned, it's a big world out there and an even bigger ocean where danger might be lurking around the next corner and realistically, anything could happen.
Shark Out of Water:

With the Amazon Bestseller Shark Bait, the first novel in the Grab Your Pole series, debut author Jenn Cooksey delivered a fun, snarky, and realistic beginning to a larger story that has found its way into the hearts of readers everywhere. Thus, many were unprepared for what was coming in the second installment of the GYP series, The Other Fish in the Sea, when Cooksey took us on a runaway roller coaster ride of emotion and solidly landed hit after hit, including a brutal sucker punch that left readers around the globe reeling. In Shark Out of Water, the highly anticipated third installment in this humorous yet honest and real coming of age story, we delve even further into the lives of the GYP gang and many questions are sure to be answered, however, are you really ready for what lies ahead in the continuation of their adventure? Well, grab your pole and let’s find out.
About the Author:
Jenn Cooksey is a Southern California girl born and bred, however she's no longer a resident of heaven on earth, but instead she currently resides in the 7th Ring of Hell with her husband, their three daughters, and a goodly number of pets. Aside from her husband, one cat, and three out of five fish, everyone living under the Cooksey's roof is female. She's sure her husband will not only be awarded sainthood when he kicks the bucket, but that Jesus will welcome him into heaven with a beer and a congratulatory high-five. Jenn is also of the belief that Bacon should be capitalized and that just being yourself is the best way to go. That is, unless you can be Batman. Always be Batman.

Grab Your Pole Series
e-ARC received in exchange for an honest review.
Read Grab Your Pole Series was a journey through a cool and funny story, not just makes you hitches with primary or secondary characters, also makes youreconnect and remember some high school days or those days of teen age.
Starting with the book Shark Bait , meet our main characters : Camie and Tristan . Camie inexperienced girl , begins his introduction to the daily life of a shark- infested waters of public high school , and to spice up the opposite side story : Tristan , the popular guy , handsome but with more expeciencia that Camie on several things . Your connect will be your inexperience in relationships and of course their way to mature.
Also in this book we meet more characters who will undoubtedly an important part of the second part: The Other Fish in the Sea: Camie, Kate, Melissa, Jillian, Tristan, Jeff, Pete, all the boys and girls will have participation, not only hear and only on the main couple, also begin to see that others characters think and how they grow as characters, love, heartbreak, breakups, happy moments, funny, anger how many feelings are when you're in those days of teen age? I think most of feelings.
For the third book Shark Out of Water, the boys have their say! I think it's a good point (this was my favorite book) ok, ok girls, it's fun when we identify with the protagonists girls and their friends, but you have also know what you think the guys.
It really surprised me how easy it Cooksey Jenn writes each of the stories of each book, on the basis that all are teenagers, and I think is clear. It is very difficult to find that style without leaving few feelings involve. I connect very well every feeling, although in some parts amused me, in other me remember old times and help the fact of lifestyle that included.
Recommended for all audiences, whether teen or young adult or mature adult, each will find a part of their history in this series. Memories, a favorite character or a moment in the world of lifestyle.
Pd: Any resemblance to your first love, school, friends, family moments or other TV, Music, cats is purely coincidental.
My stars for this series is:
4 stars :)
